How To Get a Refund

• Request cancellation of your account.
• Return the equipment in its original box.
• Once we receive the equipment, we'll credit your account for payment received in the first 30 days (excluding regulatory fees) and send you a confirmation email. Credits exclude per minute charges for international calls, Directory Assistance, and overage fees.

The Money Back Guarantee applies only to our Residential Service Plan customers who cancel within 30 days and have less than 200 minutes of usage.
